Another common challenge is overcoming what I call the 'New Years resolution syndrome'. Starting off with a great idea and enthusiasm only for momentum to quickly drop and even stop all together.

 

Although there are many reasons for this, some of the most common are:

  • inner resistance leading to procrastination and self-sabotage.
  • lack of belief that you deserve to reach your goals.
