New day. Fresh start.
New day. Fresh start.

Three key stages:

Improving your quality of life typically covers three stages:

Stage 1: Deal with any limiting symptoms you may be experiencing.

Stage 2: Create a stronger sense of inner strength and resourcefulness.

Stage 3. Develop and put into action fresh ideas to enrich your quality of life.

It is a bit like working on an overgrown garden. First clear the weeds. Second, nourish the soil. Thirdly design, create and maintain your new garden.

The range of support I offer covers all three phases.

Stage 1

It is worth exploring Stage 1 in more detail: Deal with any symptoms you may be experiencing.

Typical symptoms include:

  • feeling tense, anxious, insecure, worried, stressed, depressed or fear of the future.

  • fear of rejection, criticism or looking foolish.

  • phobias or control of 'nerve's' such as in public speaking.

  • relationship anxiety and other relationship difficulties.

  • past traumatic or painful memories that still affect your life today.

  • frustration or anger when life feels out of control.

  • recurring shame, embarrassment, blushing or guilt.

  • feeling awkward, shy or 'clumsy' in company.

  • talking yourself out of things - or other forms of self-sabotage.

  • heartbreak, loss or grief.

  • over reliance on food, TV, cigarettes etc.

  • difficult times of change such as relationship problems, redundancy, career move etc.

  • lack of motivation, feeling stuck in a rut, or without any clear sense of direction in life.

  • feeling the fun has gone out of life, moping around and lost your 'umph'!

  • a lack or loss of self-confidence, self-belief, or self-worth.

  • procrastination, indecision or fear of success or failure.

  • serious health issues.

  • feeling that 'there must be more to life than this'.

  • looking to feel more assertive, secure and equipped to create a better future for yourself.

This creates a solid foundation to move on to Stage 2 and 3.
