For the purposes of the work we do together, happiness will be taken to have many forms.

These include: joy, contentment, inner peace, stillness, playfulness, fun, sharing, compassion, love, serenity, following your own wisdom and inner power, wholeness, fulfilment, true self acceptance, being fully present in the moment and more.

It is up to you what your version of happiness includes.
